Student Algebra Seminar: Baine -- Derived categories of sheaves

Joseph Baine will give the Seminar's fourth talk for Semester 1 tomorrow morning on

Title: Derived categories of sheaves 

Abstract: In this talk we will review the categories of sheaves, local systems and
constructible sheaves on a topological space.  We will then consider operations
(Grothendieck's six functor formalism) on these categories and their derived
analogues.  These categories will provide context and examples for many of the notions
we have previously seen.
