Cross Institutional Enrollment

You may wish to study a unit at another tertiary institution which will be credited towards your degree at La Trobe University. To do so, you are required to complete an application form for cross-institution course enrolment (available from your Faculty Office or your local Student Administration Office), have it approved by both institutions, and lodge it at your local Student Administration Office.

Responsibility for enrollment at the other institution rests entirely with the student. Cross-institution enrollment students incur a HECS liability from the Host institution for the extra unit.

Please Note: Withdrawing from a Cross Institutional enrollment requires notifying both institutions.
